Until an order has shipped from kapoorindustries.in, a User may cancel it in its entirety or in part.

The User will be able to monitor the delivery status of the Products after placing an order on the Platform and receiving a unique tracking identification number from kapoorindustries.in once the Product(s) have been transferred to its Logistic Partner.

Manufacturer guarantees are entirely the responsibility of the manufacturer who should be contacted by the client.

Specific condition- The order must amount to a minimum of Rs. 160, which includes all applicable taxes, with no additional shipping fees. Furthermore, it is subject to the jurisdiction of Agra.

 

1.  Returns

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from M/S KAPOOR INDUSTRIES. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within [7 days] from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
